Assignment Quiz Instructions

Read Carefully before you begin!

• Your desired password must be activated! You choose it (6+ characters) by sending an email to arthur.mercer@gmail.com with what you want as a password in it.
  

1. Since these are assignment quizzes, you are allowed to use your book and notes and as much time as you need, but be honest and do your own quiz, don't ask anyone for help.
2. When you first start a quiz, a pop up box will appear. Select your name from the drop down list in the Name: box, and enter your password in the Password: box. Then click the Start the Quiz button. (The box may or may not appear on the next quiz, it depends on if your browser uses "cookies" to remember your name and password.)
3. You must finish each quiz completely! To do this means that:
   1. Every question must be answered, you can't leave out any questions!
   2. If you give a wrong answer, you must try another answer until you get the right answer!
4. In a multiple choice quiz use the next question button , and the previous question button , to move between questions.
5. When you finish a quiz, wait a few seconds for a pop up window to appear that shows your results and e-mails the results to me! Close this window, then click the Index button to go back to the quiz index.
6. Take a break between each quiz if you wish. The time you take is up to you. Log off/out if you feel like it.
7. You can do the quizzes in any order you wish.
8. Only take each quiz once! You scores will be lowered (penalty) if you take a quiz over again! (They will be made available later for review.)

1. All questions must be answered correctly for your score to be counted. A quiz is not complete and your score will not count until every question is answered correctly.
2. Your score is highest if you answer right the first time, each time you answer incorrectly your score is lowered. But, remember, you must try another answer until you get the right answer!
3. Only use the Index button after the quiz is completed and you have closed the pop up results window. Never click it before the test is completed!
4. In the multiple choice quiz, click the letter button (ex. )of the answer, if wrong then () appears, you then select another choice until you get it right()! (Only if you pick all the wrong answers will you not be able to pick the final (right) answer, in this case just click the next question button ().
5. In a Matching exercise quiz, click the Check button only after you have made all matches. Wrong answers are removed and you must select again until you get it right! Click the Check button again to rescore your answers.
